1. Scope and Applicability
1.1 For purposes of these Terms, “Presence” means your physical body, your neural session, your wearable devices, your luggage, your minor dependents, and any other object or organism you knowingly bring into a Sparktronics environment, whether bipedal, wheeled, or disappointingly amorphous.
1.2 These Terms apply to all Sparktronics branded locations and experiences, including, without limitation: the Wonderful Worlds of Sparktronics domes, Super VR World entry lounges and exit ramps, on-site lodging, transportation systems operated by or on behalf of Sparktronics, and any official queue that contains more than three (3) Sparktronics signs within a twenty (20) meter radius.
1.3 Your ticket, wristband, neural pass, SyncPass, or other access credential is a conditional license to be present. It is not property, citizenship, or a moral victory. We may revoke or restrict this license at any time in accordance with Section 2.
1.4 Where local law conflicts with these Terms, the minimum non-waivable protections required by that law will apply. Everything else continues exactly as written here, no matter how much your attorney sighs.
2. Guest Conduct
2.1 You agree to conduct yourself in a manner that does not endanger other guests, staff, animatronics, infrastructure, or the delicate emotional balance of the queue. “Endanger” includes, but is not limited to:
- Physical aggression, harassment, or intimidation of any guest, employee, or character performer.
- Attempting to climb, ride, or romantically engage with show sets, animatronics, or maintenance bots.
- Interfering with ride operation, emergency procedures, or scripted “malfunctions” that are fun on purpose.
- Bypassing gates, barriers, or clearly marked “You Probably Shouldn’t Be Here” signage.
2.2 You will follow all posted instructions, audible announcements, and reasonable directions from Sparktronics staff and authorized systems. “Reasonable” is defined solely by Sparktronics, but generally excludes suggestions such as “please give us your house.”
2.3 Costumes, props, and wearable technology must comply with current security and content guidelines. Items that obscure identity, mimic official staff uniforms, display hate imagery, or attempt to impersonate a Sparktronics system (e.g., fake “override badges”) may be denied or confiscated.
2.4 Minors must be accompanied by a supervising adult who has read at least the first paragraph of these Terms and is capable of making decisions such as “We should probably leave now.” Sparktronics is not a substitute parent, guardian, or court-appointed anything.
2.5 Sparktronics may, at its discretion, remove you from any environment, restrict your access to specific attractions, or terminate your Presence entirely with no refund if your behavior violates these Terms or creates a meaningful risk to operations, safety, or the vibe.
3. Safety and Risk Allocation
3.1 Many Sparktronics experiences involve motion, sudden drops, intense audio-visual stimuli, simulated peril, simulated non-peril that feels like peril, and occasional unsimulated weather. By entering, you acknowledge that such conditions exist and that you are choosing to be here anyway.
3.2 You are responsible for evaluating your own health and the health of any dependents before participating in any attraction or neural session. This includes, but is not limited to, heart conditions, back or neck issues, motion sensitivity, pregnancy, phobias, and an aversion to robots with slightly too many teeth.
3.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that Sparktronics, its parents, affiliates, and contractors are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from:
- Your failure to follow posted or provided safety instructions.
- Your decision to participate in an attraction that was clearly not recommended for you.
- Incidents caused by other guests, including but not limited to line-cutting stampedes and stroller maneuvering errors.
- Environmental conditions outside our reasonable control, such as power outages, network disruptions, or weather events with names.
3.4 Sparktronics will use commercially reasonable efforts to operate attractions safely and as advertised. However, we do not guarantee any particular uptime, sequence, or specific ride experience. You may encounter delays, closures, or unscheduled “the system needs a minute” pauses without compensation, except as required by local law or explicit published policy.
3.5 In the event of an emergency, you agree to follow all evacuation or shelter-in-place instructions, including directions provided by staff, signage, or clearly identified automated systems. You further agree not to livestream your decision to ignore those instructions.
4. Recordings and Observations
4.1 Sparktronics environments are monitored by cameras, sensors, analytics systems, and occasionally bored employees. By entering, you consent to being observed, recorded, analyzed, and aggregated for operational, safety, and entertainment purposes, in accordance with our Data & Brainwave Use policy.
4.2 Sparktronics may capture audio, video, still images, biometric signals, behavioral metrics, and anonymized movement patterns for purposes including, but not limited to: queue management, incident review, training, product development, marketing, and “look at this thing that happened in the dome today.”
4.3 By being present, you grant Sparktronics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use your likeness and recognizable Presence, as captured in any such recordings, in any medium now known or later developed, for the above purposes, without additional notice or compensation, except where prohibited by law.
4.4 Guests may generally take personal photos and videos in public guest areas, provided they do not interfere with operations, violate the privacy of others, or attempt to document non-public systems or backstage areas. Use of tripods, drones, stabilizers the size of small furniture, or broadcast-grade rigs may require prior written permission.
4.5 Recording of safety briefings, emergency procedures, or restricted operational spaces is prohibited unless explicitly authorized. If you accidentally capture such material, you agree not to publish or share it and to delete it upon request. “Accidentally” does not include climbing a fence with a camera.
5. Changes to These Terms
5.1 Sparktronics may update these Terms of Presence from time to time to reflect changes in law, technology, operations, or our evolving tolerance for inflatable costume incidents.
5.2 When we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice through park signage, ticketing interfaces, or neural overlays. We are under no obligation to verbally read the new terms to you in the queue, no matter how long the wait is.
5.3 Continued Presence in any Sparktronics environment after such changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, your sole remedy is to discontinue your Presence and exit the environment in an orderly manner, ideally via the same dimension you entered from.
5.4 These Terms of Presence operate alongside, and in addition to, any attraction-specific rules, posted notices, neural consent screens, and ticketing terms. In the event of a direct conflict, the document most protective of Sparktronics’ operational continuity will generally prevail, except where applicable law insists otherwise.
